Postage Policy
Thank you for choosing 'My Greatest Gig' the Original Replica Setlist Store. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible
UK Postage
All UK Orders have FREE Tracked Postage!
Dispatch Time:
- Orders placed before 8am (GMT) will be dispatched the same day! (excluding Sunday's and Bank Holidays)
- Orders received after 8am (GMT) will be dispatched the following morning (excluding Sunday's and Bank Holidays)
Shipping Method:
- We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard though upgraded options such as 'guaranteed next day by 1pm' are available at checkout
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can track your order easily through the Royal Mail tracking system.
Packaging:
- Prints are carefully hand packaged in-house (and we usually include some little extras!)
- All A3 size posters are sent rolled in high quality card tubes
- All A4 Prints and A5 Cards are sent in double board backed envelopes
International Shipping
- International delivery can take a little longer, typically within 10 days though as it is down to the local delivery teams please be prepared to wait up to 14 days
Returns
- We have a 30 day returns policy, we need to be notified of any returns within 30 days of the order being placed.
- All items sent must be returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Once returned in the same condition it was received we will process a refund
- Refunds will not include the cost of the original postage, proof of which will be supplied.
- In the rare occurrence of our prints arriving damaged (due to mis-handling by the delivery team) we will send a replacement straight away, just get in touch with proof of damage.
